GPS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,854 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX5, CHERP, and EHMT1. Each is linked with GPS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPS1-to-partner and partner-to-GPS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPS1 versus DDX5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
