Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,420 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXN, CDKN3, and TTK. Each is linked with GPS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPS1-to-partner and partner-to-GPS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPS1 versus TXN in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
