GPS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO3a_pS318_S321, MSH6, and Rictor_pT1135. Each is linked with GPS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPS1-to-partner and partner-to-GPS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXO3a_pS318_S321 grouped by GPS1-low versus GPS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
