Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,834 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication, Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, and Positive regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I. Each is linked with GPS1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPS1-to-partner and partner-to-GPS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication grouped by GPS1-low versus GPS1-high in BONE.
