GPS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT6C, PHOX2B, and GSC. Each is linked with GPS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPS1-to-partner and partner-to-GPS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRT6C grouped by GPS1-low versus GPS1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
