GPRIN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPRIN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPRIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4X2, KLK9, and OR12D2. Each is linked with GPRIN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPRIN1-to-partner and partner-to-GPRIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4X2 grouped by GPRIN1-low versus GPRIN1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPRIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPRIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
