GPRC6A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPRC6A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPRC6A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, Gab2, and MEK1. Each is linked with GPRC6A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPRC6A-to-partner and partner-to-GPRC6A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by GPRC6A-low versus GPRC6A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPRC6A→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPRC6A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
