GPRC6A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPRC6A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 85 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPRC6A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ECRG4, OR11H1, and CD8B. Each is linked with GPRC6A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPRC6A-to-partner and partner-to-GPRC6A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ECRG4 grouped by GPRC6A-low versus GPRC6A-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPRC6A→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPRC6A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
