GPRC5B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPRC5B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPRC5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Met, 4E-BP1, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with GPRC5B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPRC5B-to-partner and partner-to-GPRC5B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Met grouped by GPRC5B-low versus GPRC5B-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPRC5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPRC5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
