GPRC5A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPRC5A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPRC5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, ATM, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with GPRC5A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPRC5A-to-partner and partner-to-GPRC5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ku80 grouped by GPRC5A-low versus GPRC5A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPRC5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPRC5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
