GPRASP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPRASP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,743 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPRASP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GPRASP2_S512, TCEAL4, and HDGFL3. Each is linked with GPRASP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPRASP2-to-partner and partner-to-GPRASP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPRASP2 versus GPRASP2_S512 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPRASP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPRASP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
