GPRASP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPRASP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,702 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPRASP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRO, BHLHB9, and SLC22A17. Each is linked with GPRASP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPRASP2-to-partner and partner-to-GPRASP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPRASP2 versus TRO in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPRASP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPRASP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
