GPRASP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPRASP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,790 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPRASP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ULBP2, RRM2, and SKA1. Each is linked with GPRASP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPRASP2-to-partner and partner-to-GPRASP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ULBP2 grouped by GPRASP2-low versus GPRASP2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPRASP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPRASP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
