GPRASP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPRASP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPRASP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIGAR, Annexin-1, and eIF4E. Each is linked with GPRASP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPRASP2-to-partner and partner-to-GPRASP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIGAR grouped by GPRASP2-low versus GPRASP2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPRASP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPRASP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
