GPRASP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPRASP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPRASP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PNMA6F, GALR3, and ELAC1. Each is linked with GPRASP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPRASP2-to-partner and partner-to-GPRASP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PNMA6F grouped by GPRASP2-low versus GPRASP2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPRASP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPRASP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
