GPR88

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR88 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,380 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR88-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY4P23, RNU6-1245P, and PHF7. Each is linked with GPR88 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR88-to-partner and partner-to-GPR88 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNY4P23 grouped by GPR88-low versus GPR88-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR88→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR88) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
