GPR85

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR85 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,235 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR85-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP1A, RAI14, and BGN. Each is linked with GPR85 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR85-to-partner and partner-to-GPR85 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPR85 versus MAP1A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR85→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR85) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
