GPR85

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR85 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR85-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, S6_pS240_S244, and ASNS. Each is linked with GPR85 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR85-to-partner and partner-to-GPR85 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by GPR85-low versus GPR85-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR85→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR85) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
