GPR85

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR85 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,117 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR85-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Interleukin-9-mediated signaling pathway, Cellular response to interleukin-9, and Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport. Each is linked with GPR85 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR85-to-partner and partner-to-GPR85 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Interleukin-9-mediated signaling pathway grouped by GPR85-low versus GPR85-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR85→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR85) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
