Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR85 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR85-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, G6PC2, and SIGLEC11. Each is linked with GPR85 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR85-to-partner and partner-to-GPR85 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AVP grouped by GPR85-low versus GPR85-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR85→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR85) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
