Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPR82 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GPR82 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher GPR82 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPR82 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

SARC, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where GPR82 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
