Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPR82 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GPR82 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher GPR82 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPR82 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
GBM are the cancer types where GPR82 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
