Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR82 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,394 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR82-associated genes across cancer lineages are CIITA, CYTH4, and LILRB1. Each is linked with GPR82 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR82-to-partner and partner-to-GPR82 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPR82 versus CIITA in SKCM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
