Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR82 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,843 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR82-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRPPRC, RGS10, and DDX60. Each is linked with GPR82 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR82-to-partner and partner-to-GPR82 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPR82 versus LRPPRC in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR82→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR82) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
