Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR82 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 237 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR82-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN3, SAMHD1, and SCML2. Each is linked with GPR82 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR82-to-partner and partner-to-GPR82 results are reported.
