Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR82 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR82-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, ERK2, and GAPDH. Each is linked with GPR82 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR82-to-partner and partner-to-GPR82 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by GPR82-low versus GPR82-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR82→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR82) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
