Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR82 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,130 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR82-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of T-helper 17 cell lineage commitment, Modulation of microtubule cytoskeleton involved in cerebral cortex radial glia guided migration, and Positive regulation of peptidase activity. Each is linked with GPR82 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR82-to-partner and partner-to-GPR82 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of T-helper 17 cell lineage commitment grouped by GPR82-low versus GPR82-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
