GPR78

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR78 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,569 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR78-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOT1, ZNF57, and RIOK2. Each is linked with GPR78 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR78-to-partner and partner-to-GPR78 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GOT1 grouped by GPR78-low versus GPR78-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR78→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR78) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
