GPR75

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR75 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR75-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Annexin-1, and XBP1. Each is linked with GPR75 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR75-to-partner and partner-to-GPR75 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by GPR75-low versus GPR75-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR75→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR75) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
