GPR75

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR75 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 328 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR75-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP17L8, PRSS58, and EDDM3A. Each is linked with GPR75 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR75-to-partner and partner-to-GPR75 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP17L8 grouped by GPR75-low versus GPR75-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR75→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR75) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
