Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPR65 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GPR65 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher GPR65 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPR65 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
KICH, UCEC, and GBM are the cancer types where GPR65 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
