GPR65

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR65 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,056 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR65-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHCHD4, NSA2, and SPATA5L1. Each is linked with GPR65 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR65-to-partner and partner-to-GPR65 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHCHD4 grouped by GPR65-low versus GPR65-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR65→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR65) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
