GPR65

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR65 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR65-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Kit, ERK2, and MEK1. Each is linked with GPR65 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR65-to-partner and partner-to-GPR65 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Kit grouped by GPR65-low versus GPR65-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR65→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR65) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
