GPR63

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR63 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,586 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR63-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP45, RBM12B, and TSPYL4. Each is linked with GPR63 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR63-to-partner and partner-to-GPR63 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPR63 versus USP45 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR63→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR63) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
