GPR63

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR63 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR63-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-8, p27_pT198, and ER-alpha_pS118. Each is linked with GPR63 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR63-to-partner and partner-to-GPR63 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-8 grouped by GPR63-low versus GPR63-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR63→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR63) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
