GPR63

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR63 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR63-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10D3, ECSCR, and OR8D2. Each is linked with GPR63 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR63-to-partner and partner-to-GPR63 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10D3 grouped by GPR63-low versus GPR63-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR63→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR63) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
