Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR62 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR62-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAZ2 and RBMY1J. Each is linked with GPR62 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR62-to-partner and partner-to-GPR62 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DAZ2 grouped by GPR62-low versus GPR62-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
