Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPR6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GPR6 data layer compared with 11 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher GPR6 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPR6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
PRAD, ACC, and SKCM are the cancer types where GPR6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
