GPR6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR6 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR6-associated genes across cancer lineages are Nutlin-3a (-), GSK1904529A, and AZD5153. Each is linked with GPR6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR6-to-partner and partner-to-GPR6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nutlin-3a (-) grouped by GPR6-low versus GPR6-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR6→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
