GPR55

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR55 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR55-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINA12, IFNG, and PRKAG3. Each is linked with GPR55 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR55-to-partner and partner-to-GPR55 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SERPINA12 grouped by GPR55-low versus GPR55-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR55→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR55) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
