Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR52 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,419 significant associations in total. DLBC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR52-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACAP2-IT1, RUFY2, and ARL4AP4. Each is linked with GPR52 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR52-to-partner and partner-to-GPR52 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR52→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR52) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
