Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR52 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 254 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR52-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPX4, REEP4, and RNF126. Each is linked with GPR52 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR52-to-partner and partner-to-GPR52 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR52→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR52) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
