Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR42 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,586 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR42-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mononuclear cell migration, Regulation of CD4-positive, alpha-beta T cell activation, and Tumor necrosis factor superfamily cytokine production. Each is linked with GPR42 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR42-to-partner and partner-to-GPR42 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mononuclear cell migration grouped by GPR42-low versus GPR42-high in ESCA.
