GPR42

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR42 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR42-associated genes across cancer lineages are OPRPN, OR9I1, and OR2L8. Each is linked with GPR42 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR42-to-partner and partner-to-GPR42 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OPRPN grouped by GPR42-low versus GPR42-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR42→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
