GPR4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,110 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFPI2, ARID3A, and SPEM1. Each is linked with GPR4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR4-to-partner and partner-to-GPR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPR4 versus TFPI2 in SKIN, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
