Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPR39 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GPR39 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher GPR39 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPR39 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CCRCC, LSCC, and GBM are the cancer types where GPR39 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
