GPR39

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR39 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,733 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR39-associated genes across cancer lineages are LAMA3, ABCC3, and VDR. Each is linked with GPR39 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR39-to-partner and partner-to-GPR39 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR39→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
