GPR39

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR39 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,598 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR39-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-33P, ATF4, and SELENOWP1. Each is linked with GPR39 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR39-to-partner and partner-to-GPR39 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR39→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
