GPR37

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR37 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,934 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR37-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIPIN, SKA2, and RPL23AP82. Each is linked with GPR37 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR37-to-partner and partner-to-GPR37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIPIN grouped by GPR37-low versus GPR37-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR37→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
