GPR37

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR37 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR37-associated genes across cancer lineages are REG3A, C20orf85, and OR7E24. Each is linked with GPR37 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR37-to-partner and partner-to-GPR37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, REG3A grouped by GPR37-low versus GPR37-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR37→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
